3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and images. However:

  • Ingredients are subject to change (always check product labels)
  • Products are handcrafted; slight variations in appearance are normal

3.2 Product Claims

Our products are cosmetic formulations, not medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional for medical skin conditions.

3.3 Natural Product Characteristics

As stated on our website, our products may soften in temperatures above 30°C. This is normal for natural, unrefined ingredients and does not affect product quality or efficacy.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)
  • Prices exclude VAT where applicable
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Promotional pricing is valid for the specified period only

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • EFT/Bank Transfer

4.3 Payment Processing

Payment is processed securely through PayFast. We do not store your full credit card details.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

5.1 Order Process

  1. Add products to cart
  2. Complete checkout with shipping and payment information
  3. Receive order confirmation email
  4. Order is prepared and shipped

5.2 Order Acceptance

  • Order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including:
    • Product unavailability
    • Pricing errors
    • Suspected fraud
    • Suspected resale without authorization

5.3 Order Modifications

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to request changes. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Areas

We ship to addresses within South Africa. 

6.2 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders over R2200
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

6.3 Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 3-7 business days
  • Courier delivery: 1-3 business days (major centers)
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

6.4 Delivery Issues

  • Ensure accurate delivery address at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
  • Unclaimed or returned packages may incur additional fees
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging for full refund
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

By submitting reviews, testimonials, or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee specific results from product use
  • Use our products at your own risk

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Organic (Pty) Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

12. Product Safety and Use

12.1 Patch Testing

Always perform a patch test before first use. Apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours to check for reactions.

12.2 Allergies

Check ingredient lists carefully. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not liable for allergic reactions.

12.3 Storage

Store products as directed on labels (cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight).

Use products within 6 months of opening for optimal freshness.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
